If you have old or unused assets that you no longer need to see in your asset list, you can archive them. Archiving an asset hides it from your main asset list, helping you keep your asset list organized.
How to Archive an Asset

Go to the Manage tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Select Assets.

In the Assets tab, choose the asset you want to archive.

Click the Archive button within the asset’s details menu.
The asset will now be hidden from your active asset list.
How to archive a device that is NOT assigned to an asset.
You can only do this if you have ADMINISTRATOR access to the account.

Go to the Manage tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Select Assets.
- Click on the Add new asset button, select Unknown as the type and label it appropriately as in the image shown below
- Once Saved, a device can be assigned.
- Archive as intended.
How to Unarchive an Asset

Navigate back to Manage > Assets.

Use the toggle to Show Archived Assets.

Select the archived asset you want to restore.

Click the Unarchive button in the asset’s details menu.
The asset will now reappear in your main asset list.
