Needed a way to ensure seamless flight operations through flight following

Paradise helicopters run a complicated operation. If a flight is going to be early or late, it will result in operations having to adjust subsequent flights, ground transportation, and fuel requests to accommodate accordingly. This demanded a reliable way to view and track assets.

Since its founding in 1997, Paradise Helicopters has grown to become the largest locally owned and operated purveyor of helicopter tours in Hawai’i. Now an award-winning business with accolades from the likes of Tripadvisor and the Sustainable Tourism Association of Hawai’i, Paradise operates a fleet of Bell helicopters flown by highly experienced, trusted pilots — including former Marine One pilots serving United States presidents.

Paradise offers custom charters, commercial services, virtual education experiences (aimed at enriching student curriculum within the local community), and sightseeing tours encompassing island-to-island expeditions, waterfall flights and hikes, and lava and rainforest exploration. They fly customers to some of Hawai’i’s most private and remote locations, all with the goal of immersing tourists in the true spirit of the islands.
