Welcome to the March 2023 update of the latest TracPlus Cloud platform improvements.

TracPlus Cloud has been providing efficient and reliable flight tracking solutions to the aviation industry for years. With the recent update release of TracPlus Cloud, the platform has been significantly enhanced to offer more advanced features and a better user interface. In this article, we will focus on the improved Trip Reports, a highly requested feature that has been updated to make tracking flights much easier and more efficient.

Improved Trip Reports

The Trip Reports feature has been enhanced to offer a range of new capabilities, making it more effective for users to manage their flight data. Here are some of the notable improvements:

Multiple Assets
One of the key improvements is the ability to generate trip reports for multiple assets simultaneously. Users can now select and generate reports for all their assets, which is particularly useful for fleet managers who need to keep track of multiple aircraft.

Date Range
In addition to generating reports for multiple assets, users can now generate reports for a specified date range. This feature enables users to filter out data and focus on a specific time period, making it easier to analyze and compare flight data.

UTC - Timezone Toggle Switch
TracPlus Cloud now includes a toggle switch that allows users to choose between displaying times in their local timezone or UTC. This is particularly useful for matching trip reports to electronic flight logs, where UTC is often the preferred format. The toggle switch is a small but effective feature that ensures accurate and reliable data for users.

Total Duration
The Trip Reports feature now displays the total duration and total flight duration for each asset. This feature makes it easier for users to understand the total amount of time each asset spends in the air and on the ground.

Coordinates Display
The application now displays coordinates for both the 'to' and 'from' locations for each trip. This feature helps users to visualize their flight paths and better understand their asset’s travel patterns.

CSV Download
The CSV download now includes the event name, ISO formatted date/time, and coordinates for the start, takeoff, landing, and end of each trip. This feature provides users with comprehensive and accurate data that they can use for further analysis.
