If your Rock device was shipped by Ground Control, this guide will show you how to set the correct Primary address and Primary port.
To change the endpoints, you will need to download the TP Connect app from the App Store. This app is used to manage RockAIR, RockFLEETs, and RockSTARs.
- Connect to the device via bluetooth, using the TP Connect app.
- Make sure your bluetooth on your phone/iPad is turned on
- If prompted, the PIN is 1 2 3 4 by default
- Click on the Configure tab, under the Advanced section, click on Custom
- If prompted, the PIN is 4 3 2 1 by default
- Head to the very bottom, to Settings > GPRS and it needs to be configured as follows:
- Access Point Name: em
- Primary Address: rock7.inbound.tracplus.com
- Primary Port: 11009
- Head to the My Device tab and Disconnect From Device
