If your Rock device was shipped by Ground Control, this guide will show you how to set the correct Primary address and Primary port.
To change the endpoints, you will need to download TP Connect from the App Store. This app is used to manage RockAIR, RockFLEETs, and RockSTARs.
You will need to be near the device to do this, and the device needs to be switched on. Once the app is downloaded and opened, it should be on a search page, and your RockAIR should appear.
Click on your RockAIR, and it should connect. If you get prompted for a PIN, the PIN is "1234".
Once you are in, click on "Configure," then "Custom" the PIN for this 4321.
From there, click on "Settings > GPRS" and make sure that the Access point name is "em", the Primary Address is "rock7.inbound.tracplus.com", and the Primary Port is "11009". After that, you can back out and close the app.
