RockAIR - Activate/Suspend/Deactivate

Currently, the only way to activate/suspend/deactivate your RockAIR is to contact TracPlus support.

For assistance, please contact the TracPlus support team by emailing support@tracplus.com or submit a ticket to us here - it would greatly help us if you provided the following information: 

  • Name and contact number.  
  • Serial number of the Device.  

If you are wanting to activate your device, please also include:

  • Plan to be activated on (e.g. Hotel)
