      How to upload a photo of your asset

      If you are the owner of an asset and have administrator access for your organisation in TracPlus Cloud, you can upload a photo to help visually identify the asset.

      How to Upload a Photo

      1. Navigate to the Manage tab on the left-hand side of the page.

      2. Select Assets.

      3. In the Assets tab, choose the asset you want to upload a photo for.

      4. Within the asset’s details view, click the Upload Photo button.

      5. Select your image file and confirm the upload.

      Your photo will now be associated with the asset and visible within the asset details.
