How to change/swap assets with an existing device.

Editing Asset Details

To manage and edit assets as an administrator, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to the Manage section, click on the Manage icons3.amazonaws.comcdn.freshdesk.comdatahelpdeskattachmentsproduction2043531200766originalXDG1HJqQn0B21Q-5KeHgbbAkP-4liunkvAon the lefthand side of the screen.
  2. Under the Assets tab, you will see a list of assets that you own and that are shared with you.
  3. To edit the asset, click on the Edit icon s3.amazonaws.comcdn.freshdesk.comdatahelpdeskattachmentsproduction2043463306481originalCWB23R-9ldoxn-xmIOYjH3FnaUtnYywxRw under the "Action" column for that asset.
  4. In the Asset Details section, edit the details you wish to edit. (e.g., Name of the asset, messaging handle, what type of asset it is, and much more.)
  5. Click Save to save changes.

You are also able to swap assets between different devices. The instructions are below: 

  1. In the manage > asset tab, scroll down to "device"
  2. Select "remove" or "change"
  3. Select the device (Sorted by TP Number) you want to assign to the asset. Then press Confirm.
