How to assign a device to an asset

Your device will not show up on the main Map page on TracPlus cloud, if it is not assigned to an asset.

Here are the steps to get that sorted:

1. Head over to the Manage tab -> Assets

2. Click on Add new asset 

3. Choose a type of asset, fill in the details Type and Name (highlighted below) 

4. Click on Assign to search through all the options and assign appropriately.

Note: The search results are based on TracPlus Serial, which you can find in the Devices tab.

Now the asset should show up on the main Map page.
