Introducing TracPlus Cloud

TracPlus is proud to announce the upcoming release of our exciting new cloud-based common operating platform, TracPlus Cloud.

TracPlus Cloud will be available to all customers on the 30th May 2022, and is the foundation of our next generation of services that we are developing to enhance situational awareness and tactical support for our customers.

TracPlus Cloud takes almost two decades of industry experience and distils our most powerful features into an intuitive cloud-based platform. It allows operators to access information about their assets from almost anywhere and helps bring their people safely home each day.

Below is a brief overview of what to expect between now and launch day.

Key Upcoming Dates:  

16 May 2022: 

  • Customers will receive a detailed breakdown of what will be changing with the release of TracPlus Cloud as well as specific steps that you will need to complete to ensure you're ready to move to the new platform on the launch date.

23 May 2022

  • Customers will receive a reminder confirming the launch date for your organisation as well as a summary of what will be changing and a check-in on what steps you need to take before the launch. 

30 May 2022

  • Go-live day. Customers and their teams will receive an invitation link to TracPlus Cloud with instructions communicating how other users can be invited via admin. They will also receive a link to our knowledge base articles as well as detailed training videos to help guide you through their onboarding.


TracPlus Cloud will deliver a number of benefits out-of-the-box, and with a robust roadmap of new features, will continue to drive value to our customers' operations. 

Some of the specific launch features include:

  • More intuitive user experience - our redesigned interface enables a simpler and better experience when managing assets.

  • Increased scalability - whether you have 10 or 1000 assets within your organisation, our intelligent scaling platform allows operations of any size to be able to simply manage their assets and ensure their people are safe.

  • One-click instant platform updates - simply refresh the web page to access the latest version of TracPlus Cloud, save time downloading and installing files.

  • Increased system uptime - by utilising Google’s distributed network infrastructure, the TracPlus system will be more resilient to localised interruptions.

  • Increased security - leveraging Google’s security protocols including TLS/SSL testing, failover systems for redundancy, live replication of our production database, individual login credentials for your people for enhanced security and auditing capabilities.

  • Increase mobility - access your data from anywhere with an internet connection.

  • Increased insight - big data = no drama. Our rapidly scalable back-end enables us to process more data, faster than ever before. This enables us to provide a greater level of insight into what’s happening within your operation and between entities you work with.

These updates mark a leap in usability for our customers — and they’re just the beginning. Later this year we’ll be releasing more features, including geo-fencing, advanced device to device messaging as well as a variety of self-service tools.
